In-person Self Care

Dive deep into the healing traditions passed down to Dr. Rosita Arvigo via Don Elijio Panti.  Self massage, anatomy, physiology, pelvis steams/soaks, castor oil therapy, herbal support, plant spirit medicine, tension patterns in the body, the history and lineage of this work and more will covered.  

This 2.5 day course is the first level of training with the Arvigo Institute and is a prerequisite for practitioner training.

17 CE hours NCBTMB.

Timings: 

June 10 - Friday - 1pm - 6pm

June 11 - Saturday - 10:30am - 6pm

June 12 - Sunday - 10:30am - 6pm

Cost: $495 USD.

Tithing

A third of what the Arvigo® Institute receives for every class is tithing. This tithing will be split three ways for in-person classes, with one third going to Dr. Rosita Arvigo in gratitude for her life's work, another third going to Maya healers/projects and a final third going to support indigenous healers/projects on the land the training is being held. Our 'Giving Back' page will be up on the website soon so you can meet our dear friends from around the world with whom we are in a relationship of reciprocity and respect.
