Aisling is an Arvigo Therapy practitioner, holistic menstrual educator, yoga & embodied dance teacher and a women's circle facilitator. She also has 15 years of teaching experience as a qualified school teacher. Her background in education alongside her deep calling to the womb and Sacred Feminine led her to share menstrual cycle awareness, holistic menstrual education and womb wisdom with women and girls. Aisling has been creating and delivering online courses, in person circles and school workshops on menstrual education since 2019.

She is passionate about empowering women with the knowledge and wisdom of cyclical, seasonal, embodied living that connects us to our bodies and the earth. Aisling holds a gentle, safe, relaxed and supportive space where embodied learning, open sharing and deep connection flows naturally.  As an Irish woman who has learned about womb wisdom from indigenous cultures of Māori and Maya, she is passionate about reclaiming and remembering the ancient practices and reverence for the Goddess and sacred Feminine here in Ireland.
