Join me for an immersive weekend experience on beautiful Bundjalung Country where we will dive deep into the healing wisdom of Maya H’Men Don Elijio Panti.
This 2.5 day workshop is an opportunity to explore and embody the multifaceted healing tools and vital knowledge contained within this work, including:
- learning and practising the Self-Care abdominal and uterine massage techniques
- pelvic steaming and/or soaks
- castor oil therapy
