In Person Self Care

Dive deep into the healing traditions passed down to Dr. Rosita Arvigo via Don Elijio Panti. Self massage, anatomy, physiology, pelvis steams/soaks, castor oil therapy, herbal support, plant spirit medicine, tension patterns in the body, the history and lineage of this work and more.

Immerse yourself into this work as a living experience.

This 2.5 day course (17 hours excluding breaks) is the first level of training with the Arvigo® Institute and is a prerequisite for practitioner training. The location is: Ahimsa Healing Loft  4110 Hendersonville Rd Suite 40, Fletcher, NC 28732. Local, wild sourced lunch is included Saturday and Sunday.

Tithing

A third of what the Arvigo® Institute receives for every class is tithing. This tithing will be split three ways for in-person classes, with one third going to Dr. Rosita Arvigo in gratitude for her life's work, another third going to Maya healers/projects and a final third going to support indigenous healers/projects on the land the training is being held.
