Join us for an intimate workshop where you will learn about the healing traditions passed down by Yucatec Maya healer, Don Elijio Panti.  

In this interactive workshop you will learn the basic self care techniques to improve digestion and uterine positioning. You’ll be guided through the benefits, modifications and contraindications to enhance your self care practice. You will also experience castor oil therapy and learn how to and when to use castor oil effectively. These self care practices are deeply rooted in indigenous medicine, the tradition you will learn is from the Yucatec, Maya people. Come learn about this work, the lineage and how you can use it to improve your wellbeing.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Actively bleeding due to your period (modifications will be available for anyone who is currently bleeding). Active vaginal or urinary infection Cancer Hernia IUD Pessary  Recent surgery without being cleared by a physician During the first trimester of a pregnancy.
