Join Laurie for this Online Self Care Training based on the teachings & lineage of maya h’men & healer Don Elijio Panti.

Our 3 day journey will begin with a walk through the labyrinth of organs, ligaments, blood vessels, lymph & more to understand how they function and their importance to optimal health. We will gently delve into our bellies with hands-on palpation & massage to help balance pelvic & abdominal organs. Guided meditation will be offered to view ourselves & experiences in a new light. We will peer through the window of emotions with an overview of how they affect our health, both positively and negatively, as well as how these ancient, traditional healing techniques can give way to emotional healing.

The training is rounded out with the use of castor oil packs, vaginal steams, hip swaddling, & nourishment in support of our health and wellness.

Please consider joining this experience where you will have the opportunity to explore more deeply your own womb wisdom, the 2nd Chakra, the Seat of Creation and more!

Class is Open To All.
