Join Jenn @ceiba_wellness and Klyne @klyne.love for a month long Online Self Care journey in July.
This training will be during the following Tuesdays in July from 6 pm to 9 pm Central Time (US) - 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.
Participants will learn all about the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic and abdominal organs and will delve into the healing traditions of Yucatec Maya healer, Don Elijio Panti
Self massage, anatomy, physiology, pelvic steams and soaks, castor oil therapy, plant spirit medicine, herbal support, tension and trauma patterns in the body and the history and lineage of this work are all aspects of this time together.
