This 2.5 day deep dive into the medicine traditions handed down by Don Elijio Panti are shared in ways that support tending the Self.  This training is also a prerequisite for further bodywork training.

This weekend includes three opportunities to practice Self-Care massage and accompanying guided meditation, work with a pelvic steam/soak, experience castor oil therapy, learn about the plant allies that are kin to this work via Rainforest Remedies, prepare and experience a spiritual herbal bath to move energy and cleanse the field, deep dive into pelvic and abdominal anatomy and physiology, experience the history and lineage of this work, understand how trauma affects the body, work with food as medicine and more.

No prior experience is required.  This weekend is open to adults of all genders and phases of life.  There is application here for every body.
