Kali Levitov invites you to embark on a transformative journey with her online self-care course which takes place over four four-hour weekly sessions in January 2024 on the 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.
This course is designed to support taking our time, going deep, and softly digesting these amazing practices and the science behind them.
Level 1 Self Care is for those beginning their path to becoming a Tul’ix Indigenous Arts Practitioner or for anyone eager to deepen their personal self-care practices.
Throughout this immersive online experience, you will:
- Dive into the history, culture, and lineage of Mayan healing traditions. Learn and practice a self-care massage protocol that you can incorporate into your daily life.
- Explore anatomy and physiology with a focus on reproductive, digestive, and structural health.
- Engage in pelvic steams/soaks, castor oil therapy, and learn about faja and pelvic support techniques.
- Understand the phases of menstruation and menopause, and their connection to overall well-being.
- Discover the benefits of herbs, plant allies, and basic spiritual bathing for holistic healing.
- Discuss the relationship between trauma and the body and how these practices can support healing.
This course offers a unique opportunity to experience and embody these ancient practices from the comfort of your own space, while also preparing those who wish to advance to the next level as a Tul’ix Indigenous Arts Practitioner.
No prerequisites are required to join.
Self Care Level 1 is a prerequisite for Practitioner Level 2 Training.
Each session runs from 12 pm to 4 pm EST (USA)

Kali Levitov, DOM, MA, Certified Thai Massage Therapist, and Doula, has been an acupuncturist and bodyworker since 2008, with a deep commitment to ancient healing traditions.
