Join Zhenya Novareign and embark on a deeply personal journey into the heart of the Masewal Maya healing traditions of Yucatec Maya Elder Don Elijio Panti.

Learn the essential anatomy and physiology of the pelvic and abdominal organs and what happens when they become unbalanced. In this training, you will learn Self-massage, anatomy, physiology, pelvis steams/soaks, castor oil therapy, herbal support, plant spirit medicine, working to release long-held tension patterns in the body, and the legacy and lineage of this work.

Completing this program will qualify the participant to perform the abdominal massage on themselves and prepare the practitioner for Arvigo® Therapy Level 2 Practitioner Training with Tul’ix Indigenous Arts.

This training will take place on Zoom over four weekly sessions during the month of January with many opportunities to get off the screen and engage in hands-on learning.

As an educator, I strive to use inclusive language that makes this work accessible to people of all genders, body sizes, races, sexual orientations, expressions & identities.

About Zhenya

https://linktr.ee/zhenyanovareign

https://www.instagram.com/goddexxalchemy/ or @zhenyanovareign

Since 2005, Zhenya has been on a dedicated path of study, practice, and reclamation of ancient healing modalities that nurture and sustain wholeness on a mental, physical, spiritual level & community level.

As a Tul'ix Indigenous Arts Practitioner, Zhenya serves clients who struggle to get their reproductive health imbalances addressed with purely allopathic models of care by providing a truly holistic approach. For many, navigating reproductive health imbalances leads to a plethora of medical interventions that start at a very young age, when hormonal birth control is prescribed for symptoms such as period pain, acne, irregular menstruation & more. This kind of approach completely overlooks the root of these physical imbalances, often creating more harm and often even more serious issues further down the road.

Zhenya is committed to providing accessible, effective support and education for anyone navigating sexual health challenges. She empowers community wellness by teaching her clients how to: regulate monthly cycles, address pain, detoxify from hormonal birth control, scar tissue remediation, hormonal balance, restore fertility, trauma-integration techniques, & self-advocacy when navigating medical interventions

As a somatic sex and intimacy coach, Zhenya is committed to bridging the gap between reproductive health and sexual trauma, supporting individuals to heal & reconnect with the sacred potency and power of a life-affirming and healthy relationship with sex. She is passionate about bringing this work to those who have suffered from sexual trauma and offers scholarships for anyone working in war-torn areas where sexual violence is prevalent, especially in her birth country, Ukraine.

In addition to this work, Zhenya is a mother, dancer, song collector, artist, and lover of the natural world.
