About the Event

Please click READ MORE below for full information on the class. This may take a moment or two to appear.

This four hour class introduces participants to the magic and power of abdominal self-massage.

This simple practice can have a potent impact on the uterus/prostate/wombspace in all adults, of any gender or identity, including those who have had hysterectomy or other abdominal surgeries.

Breathing, menses, elimination, bladder function, digestion, nerves and circulation can all be positively impacted by increasing flow and restoring balance to the belly.

This work is born of Dr. Rosita Arvigo’s long term apprenticeship with the late and acclaimed h’men (a Maya word for Doctor-Priest) Don Elijio Panti of Belize. We will spend some time during class honoring and understanding the history of this work right relationship to this lineage. 10% of all classes is tithing, as a way of saying Thank You for the great gift of this work.

No prerequisite required.

$90 CAD

Please contact Christine by email on to enquire or register.

About Christine

A third of what the Arvigo® Institute receives for every class is tithing. This tithing will be split four ways, with one fourth going to the Itzamna Society, Don Elijio's descendants who protect the sacred forest at the Elijio Panti National Park in Belize, one fourth going to Dr. Rosita Arvigo in gratitude for her life's work, another fourth going to Maya healers/projects and a final fourth going to support indigenous healers/projects on the land the training is being held or to specific indigenous land care projects for online classes. Our Giving Back page is up on the website now, so you can meet our dear friends from around the world with whom we are in a relationship of reciprocity and respect.
