It is an honor to support your desire to carry this sacred work and to tend the bellies and spirits of all those who seek your care. Join Cathy Lipsky for this hybrid model where part of the class is taken on line and then completed in person.

This 5.5-day training is designed for the professional who has completed the Arvigo® Self-Care Training: Level One and wants to deepen their understanding and knowledge of this work and offer whole body treatments in a professional setting. In addition to reviewing basic anatomy and physiology of the abdomen and pelvis, covered in Level 1,

application of bodywork, structural balance of the hips and sacrum, and supportive modalities will all be explored.
