I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (Oregon) and am registered to practice in Vermont. I have experience in a number of massage specialties including: Thai, shiatsu, reiki and shamanic healing, MFR, deep tissue, Swedish, and pregnancy and postpartum massage. I am an Arvigo therapist and am also trained in the Arvigo specialization for pre-conception, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum massage. I am a birth and postpartum doula and a student of midwifery.
