I am an artist, a healing arts practitioner, a birth doula, an herbalist, a gardener, and a teacher. I draw from a variety of healing modalities including spiritual healing in the Maya/Arvigo lineage, dream tending, stone and plant spirit therapy, guided meditations, and intuitive art for healing.
