I specialize in reproductive and digestive wellness for womxn, the LGBTQ+ community and families. In my experience, touch is an integral part of community and a gateway to a deeper connectedness and awareness with oneself.
Some of the tools I use are spiritual tending, plant medicine, energy work, Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy, craniosacral & intraoral craniosacral.
