Kelly has advanced training in Yoga and Ayurveda, documenting thousands of hours of study both in the US and in India. She is a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, a Wise Earth Master Teacher, a Structural Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Herbalist, Arvigo Practitioner and Jyotish, with advanced training in Pancha Karma from Kerala India.
She has been a teacher and practitioner, with a focus on women's health for over 30 years.
Her focus is fusing the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda and offering practices and therapies that integrate the whole being – mind, body, spirit, and grounding these practices in harmonious ways in accord with the seasons and the cycles of our lives.
